Geoffrey Corisdeo is a hard-working and passionate attorney dedicated to his clients’ needs. He currently handles the Social Security Disability Department at The SIMON LAW GROUP, where in addition to his municipal, criminal, litigation and bankruptcy practice he helps clients navigate the Social Security Administration and obtain needed benefits through the Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) programs.
Mr. Corisdeo received his undergraduate degree from William Paterson University in Sociology where he was inducted into Alpha Kappa Delta, the International Sociology Honor Society. While attending New York Law School, he interned for the New York Center for Law and Justice, where he assisted in representing individuals of the deaf and hard-of- hearing community in New York City. He also spent time volunteering for the American Sign Language Court Interpreter Task Force advocating for timely and consistent delivery of qualified sign language interpreters in legal proceedings in New York City.
Mr. Corisdeo is licensed to practice law throughout New Jersey and New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Middlesex County Bar Association (as well as a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR). Prior to joining The Simon Law Group, Mr. Corisdeo worked for a small firm handling bankruptcy, mortgage modification, foreclosure defense, and other financial related matters.
