Driving 46 miles over the limit
Our Associate, Matthew Dourdis, represented our client in Somerset County who was clocked driving 101 miles per hour - 46 miles per hour over the speed limit. In addition, our client had been convicted of a DUI a year prior to the speeding citation. As the rate of speed at which our client was clocked was considered egregious, and since our client had been convicted of driving under the influence only one year before, the circumstances called for the suspension of our client's license.
