Allison Turley Madden, Esq.
With nearly three decades of experience representing clients in all aspects of divorce and family law, Allison’s skill and expertise allow her to help clients achieve creative solutions to difficult legal issues. Allison earned her Juris Doctorate at Duquesne University School of Law in 1991. Since graduating from law school, Allison has focused her practice on family law, gaining extensive experience in complex equitable distribution matters, child custody disputes, Division of Child Protection and Permanency matters, alimony modification applications, domestic violence law matters and related family law cases. She is a recipient of legal services awards for her work with juveniles through the Juvenile Justice program in Bergen County, a former member of the District IIB Ethics Committee, a graduate of the Justice Morris Pashman American Inn of Court and a volunteer advocate for victims of domestic violence. Allison works with clients to envision and create solutions to their disputes that allow her clients to move forward through life in a positive, healthy manner post-divorce. She lives in Hunterdon County New Jersey with her two sons, and has personally weathered the divorce process, enabling her to relate to clients and help them to see the light at the end of the tunnel and a positive future life.
