Simon Law Group, LLC is a New Jersey law firm with offices in Somerville, Morristown, and Flemington. We built the firm around one principle: the person whose name is on the work is the person who does it. For our attorneys, that means owning matters end to end rather than feeding a queue. For our paralegals, client-services, and administrative team, it means genuine responsibility for the part of a client's experience they touch.
That model asks something of the people who join us. We look for colleagues who are precise, who can explain hard things clearly, and who would rather give a client an honest answer than an easy one — with the discretion to handle sensitive matters and the judgment to know when to ask. In return, the model gives back what it asks for. What it is like to work here
We are a full-service New Jersey firm, founded in 2008, with attorneys whose combined experience spans more than a century of practice across family law, estate planning, personal injury, criminal defense, real estate, and litigation. That depth matters for the people we hire: a newer attorney is not left to figure out a hard motion alone, and an experienced one is not boxed into a single narrow specialty. Colleagues here regularly draw on one another — a family-law question that turns on a trust, an estate matter that touches a personal-injury recovery, a litigation file that needs an appellate eye.
The day-to-day is plain and demanding in equal measure. We return calls. We keep files complete and clients informed. We prepare before we appear, because in the courtrooms and closings where our work actually happens, the gap between prepared and almost prepared is the gap clients feel. Where we hire
Because we are a full-service firm rather than a single-practice shop, the range of work here is unusually broad for a firm our size. Our practice spans family law, estate planning, personal injury, civil litigation, legal malpractice, and criminal defense, with additional practices in workers' compensation, Social Security Disability, bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, real estate, and appellate matters. We periodically have openings for attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and client-services and administrative staff across our offices in Somerville, Morristown, and Flemington. Openings vary with the needs of the firm, but we read every thoughtful inquiry and keep strong candidates in mind as roles open.
