Public notice
How this notice applies
This page explains the website, portal, and online-tool terms that apply when you use Simon Law Group's public and client-facing digital services.
Effective Date: 2026-05-04
1. Our commitment
Simon Law Group, LLC ("SLG") is committed to making our website at https://www.simonattorneys.com (the "Site") and our client portal at https://app.simonattorneys.com (the "App") accessible to people with disabilities, in keeping with the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") Title III, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (where applicable), the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination ("NJLAD"), and other applicable law.
2. Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ("WCAG") 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Conformance with these guidelines helps make our digital services perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users, including those who rely on assistive technologies.
3. Ongoing improvement
We treat accessibility as a continual program, not a one-time event. We work to maintain and improve conformance as our Site and App evolve, including:
- Design system: centralized design tokens control color contrast, spacing, focus indicators, and typography.
- Keyboard navigation: principal flows are operable without a mouse.
- ARIA roles and labels: applied to interactive components, with continued review.
- Skip links and a clear heading structure.
- Focus management: focus is visible, logical, and trapped where appropriate (e.g., in dialogs).
- Form accessibility: inputs have programmatic labels, error messages are linked to fields, and required fields are announced.
- Color and contrast: text and interactive elements meet AA contrast minimums (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text and non-text components).
- Automated and manual testing: automated accessibility checks run as part of our development process, supplemented by periodic manual review with assistive technologies.
4. Feedback and requests
If you have trouble using the Site or App, or if you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us. We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and to substantively respond within 10 business days:
- Email: info@simonattorneys.com
- Phone: (800) 709-1131
- Mail: 40 W. High St., Somerville, NJ 08876
When you report a barrier, please tell us the web address (URL) or screen where you encountered it, the problem you experienced, and the browser or assistive technology you were using, so we can reproduce and address it.
You may also use these channels to request:
- a document or page in an alternative accessible format;
- assistance completing a Portal task;
- accommodations for a meeting or other interaction with the firm.
5. Alternative ways to engage
If our digital channels are not accessible to you for any reason, we offer:
- phone consultation: (800) 709-1131;
- in-person meetings at 40 W. High St., Somerville, NJ 08876 by appointment;
- mailed paper materials on request.
6. Third-party content
Some features rely on third-party services — for example, embedded payment forms (LawPay/AffiniPay, Stripe), e-signature flows (SecureSign), bank-link flows (Plaid), and chat/SMS surfaces (SendBlue). These vendor-controlled surfaces follow each vendor's own accessibility conformance. If you encounter a barrier on any such surface, contact us at info@simonattorneys.com or (800) 709-1131 and we will complete the action with you.
7. Updates
This Statement is reviewed regularly and after material changes to the Site or App.
8. Formal complaints
You may file a complaint with:
- the United States Department of Justice (file ADA complaint: https://civilrights.justice.gov/report/);
- the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights (file complaint: https://www.nj.gov/oag/dcr/filing.html);
- or, where applicable, your state's accessibility office.
