Attorney advertising notice under New Jersey RPC 7.1. No attorney-client relationship is created by use of this website.

Effective Date: May 19, 2026

Attorney Advertising. This website is attorney advertising under New Jersey Rule of Professional Conduct 7.1 and the New Jersey Court Rules governing attorney advertising. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

1. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Visiting this website, reading its content, sending an email through any address listed here, using the live chat feature, completing a contact form, or scheduling a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Simon Law Group, LLC ("the Firm") or any of its attorneys.

An attorney-client relationship is formed only when (a) Simon Law Group, LLC has reviewed your matter, (b) the Firm has agreed in writing to represent you, and (c) you have signed a written engagement letter or retainer agreement. Until those three steps are complete, no attorney-client relationship exists, no attorney-client privilege attaches to your communications with us, and the Firm has no duty of loyalty or confidentiality toward you with respect to the matter you have described.

If you transmit information to the Firm before the engagement is complete — through a web form, email, chat, voicemail, or any other channel — that information is not protected by the attorney-client privilege and may not be treated as confidential.

The content on this website — including practice-area descriptions, statutory citations, case-law references, FAQs, articles, glossaries, and resource libraries — is general information about New Jersey law. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on as legal advice.

Legal information and legal advice are different things. General information explains how the law works in the abstract. Legal advice applies the law to the specific facts of your specific matter, accounts for the procedural posture, evaluates the strategic alternatives, and recommends a course of action. Only an attorney who has been retained for your matter after written engagement can provide legal advice.

The law also changes. Statutes are amended, regulations are revised, and case law develops. Content on this website may not reflect the most current developments. If you are facing a legal issue, consult with a licensed New Jersey attorney about your specific situation rather than relying on website content.

3. Prior Results Do Not Guarantee a Similar Outcome

Any reference on this website to prior cases, settlements, verdicts, results, recoveries, dispositions, or other outcomes — whether for the Firm or for individual attorneys — describes specific past matters with specific facts. Past results are not a prediction or guarantee of any future result. Every case is different. The outcome of any legal matter depends on the specific facts, the applicable law, the court or tribunal, the opposing party, and many other factors outside any attorney's control.

The Firm cannot and does not guarantee any particular outcome in any matter. Statements about what the Firm does, the cases it handles, and the experience of its attorneys are descriptive — not predictive.

4. Jurisdictional Limitations

Simon Law Group, LLC is a New Jersey law firm. The Firm's attorneys are licensed to practice law in New Jersey; some attorneys hold additional bar admissions in other jurisdictions as indicated on their individual attorney biography pages. The Firm represents clients on matters governed by New Jersey law, on matters in the New Jersey state courts, and on matters in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals where the attorney is admitted.

The Firm does not hold itself out as competent to advise on the law of jurisdictions where its attorneys are not admitted. Statements on this website about New Jersey law should not be applied to matters governed by the law of any other state, federal jurisdiction, or country.

If your matter is governed by another jurisdiction's law, the Firm will review whether it can assist under the applicable admission and court rules.

5. Practice-Area Limitations

The Firm's practice areas are described on this website. Simon Law Group, LLC does not currently practice in the following areas, regardless of any general statements on this website that might suggest otherwise:

  • Employment law. The Firm does not handle hostile-environment claims, employment discrimination under the NJ Law Against Discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, or other structurally-employment matters against employers.
  • Medical malpractice. The Firm does not handle medical malpractice claims.
  • Patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution. The Firm does not prosecute patent, trademark, or copyright applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office or the U.S. Copyright Office. Where IP enforcement, licensing, or contract issues arise alongside other matters we handle, we coordinate with specialty IP counsel.

6. Matter Review Before Representation

Before the Firm accepts a new matter, it reviews the information provided under the applicable professional-responsibility rules and internal intake standards.

Submitting information through any contact channel on this website does not require the Firm to accept the matter or take action on your behalf.

7. Testimonials, Reviews, and Endorsements

Where this website includes client testimonials, reviews, or endorsements, those statements describe the experience of specific past or current clients with specific matters. They are not predictions of how any other client will experience the Firm's representation, and they are not a guarantee of any particular outcome.

Testimonials from third-party rating services (Avvo, Super Lawyers, Martindale-Hubbell, etc.) reflect the rating methodology of the issuing service and do not imply any endorsement by, certification from, or affiliation with the New Jersey Supreme Court, the Supreme Court Committee on Attorney Advertising, or any other regulatory body.

This website may contain links to statutes, court rules, case-law databases, government agencies, professional organizations, and other third-party resources. The Firm does not control the content of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any information, advice, or services they provide. Links are provided as a convenience for your further research; they are not endorsements.

9. AI Crawler and Generated-Content Policy

Portions of this website are written to be readable by AI crawlers and large-language-model systems (including, for example, Google's AI Overviews, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Anthropic/Claude, Perplexity, Exa, and similar services). Statements on this website that are returned to a user by an AI system — whether quoted, paraphrased, or synthesized — remain general information and are not legal advice. AI-generated summaries, quotes, or interpretations of this website's content may contain inaccuracies, may not reflect the most current law, and may omit important qualifications. If you are facing a legal issue, do not rely on AI-generated summaries of this website's content; consult a licensed attorney.

10. Changes to This Disclaimer

The Firm may update this disclaimer from time to time. The most current version is the one posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer.
