The Firm's three offices anchor the practice in central and northern New Jersey, and representation is statewide. New Jersey is a compact state with a single, unified Superior Court system, so a client's county of residence usually sets the venue rather than the location of counsel: a Somerville, Morristown, or Flemington attorney appears in the vicinage where the matter belongs. Most appearances throughout the state are routine; for matters in the southern counties (Cape May, Cumberland, Salem) we coordinate with the relevant Vicinage scheduling and travel as required. The point of three offices is access, not territory — whichever location is most convenient is where intake, consultation, and document work happen, while the case itself proceeds in the proper court.

Federal and appellate practice
Statewide reach is not limited to the trial courts. The Firm appears before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (Newark, Camden, and Trenton vicinages), the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the New Jersey Supreme Court, and the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. That matters because the right forum is not always the county courthouse where a case begins: a dispute can carry federal-question or diversity jurisdiction from the outset, and a trial result can turn on whether an appeal is preserved and argued well.
