This past June, the Clean Slate Expungement Law went into effect. This new law allows for expungements for those who may not have been eligible in the past. This includes those who had too many convictions under the prior law. As long as you have been arrest and conviction free for ten (10) years, you may be eligible for a “Clean Slate.”
